Calgary Scientific Partners with Softway Medical
Partnership includes integration of Calgary Scientific’s full suite of products
Calgary, AB - September 14, 2009 - Calgary Scientific Inc., a leading innovator in advanced visualization solutions, has partnered with Softway Medical, a leader in medical information systems in France, to deliver a full suite of 2D, 3D and MIP / MPR advanced visualization products over the web. Softway Medical has also adopted Calgary Scientific’s intuitive graphic user interface. Softway Medical was searching for a true, zero-footprint solution to add to their offering, and after evaluating theentire market, chose to pursue a partnership with Calgary Scientific. Softway is using the software development kit for Calgary Scientific’s flagship ResMD™ to embed thesoftware into their existing product line.
Calgary Scientific’s PureWeb™ platform has been gaining steady recognition in the industry as the only true, zero-footprint client technology available. Theplatform enables users to access diagnostic images from any browser-based devicewith an Internet connection. Delivering the powerful tools offered within ResMD, or within other third-party software applications, over the webwithout data duplication or any downloads, clearly sets Calgary Scientificapart in the advanced visualization industry.
