Calgary Scientific Inc. Appoints Mr. Greg Girard as New Senior Clinical Product Manager
Greg Girard Brings 15 Years of Industry Experience to Calgary Scientific Inc.
Calgary, AB - April 13, 2011 - Calgary Scientific Inc., a leading innovator in advanced visualization solutions and web, mobile and collaboration-enabling platforms today announced that Greg Girard has been named Senior Clinical Product Manager. Greg will be focused on ensuring that the company is leading the industry as the key innovator in web and mobile-based solutions, providing healthcare professionals with secure, instant access to critical information anywhere, anytime.

Greg has a BSc. in Physics from Trent University and is a certified Medical Radiation Technologist, graduating from the Eastern Ontario School of X-Ray Technology. He has extensive experience in the advanced medical imaging and healthcare IT field as a tester, clinical specialist, product / market manager and solutions manager during his tenure at Cedara Software. He also has experienced the medical imaging and IT field from an end user perspective while working as a radiology technologist at Kingston General Hospital, and while Director of RIS / PACS imaging at CML Healthcare. Most recently, Greg has been providing product management consulting services to a variety of healthcare IT and imaging vendors and organizations.
