About Calgary Scientific Medical Group

Calgary Scientific Inc., Medical Group (CSIMG) is a business unit of Calgary Scientific, Inc. CSIMG's mission is to maximize the value of medical imaging data and to make it universally accessible.

This idea originated out of a team of researchers consisting of image scientists, medical doctors and computer scientists at the University of Calgary Medical Center who created a new way to quickly access, fine tune and explore images generated from CT, MR and PET scanners on standard desktop platforms. The software solution became ResolutionMD™ which now supports all standard and emerging medical imaging file formats, and runs on MACs and PCs.
